Payment Terms
All SCALE Summit passes must be paid for at the time of booking by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay by Bank or by credit or debit card. Payment by invoice is available for bookings of £1000 + VAT or more. Registration Fee
The registration fee includes access to all SCALE EXPO & SUMMIT conference and networking sessions, and the full exhibition floor. Lunch and refreshments are not included.

Event Accommodation
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Travel
Travel is not included. Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Inflection Point Events Ltd is not liable for delays or non-attendance due to transportation issues, including strikes or cancellations.

Cancellations and Substitutions
All delegate bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your pass to a colleague by contacting us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Data Privacy and Sponsor Interaction
Inflection Point Events Ltd will collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By registering for the event:
- You consent to receiving essential event communications.
- If you attend a sponsor session, roundtable, show feature, or interact with a sponsor you consent to your contact details being shared with that sponsor for relevant post-event follow-up.
- You will be given the option at registration to opt in or out of receiving further communications from sponsors and partners after the event.

Security
We use secure systems and trusted providers to process sensitive information, such as credit card details. All personal data is securely stored and only accessible to authorised personnel. For full details, see our privacy policy.

Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Badge Scanning

While you are at the event, you will likely visit one or more exhibitors at their stands, or attend a session held by an exhibitor. In allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, they will gain access to your contact information in order for them to follow up with you post event.

Your badge will also be scanned when entering into the show theatres. By allowing your badge to be scanned, your contact information provided during this registration process may be passed on to our conference show sponsors.

Finally, your badge will be scanned at the main entrance to the event upon your arrival. This scan of your badge is for analytical and health and safety purposes only and no data is transferred to any other parties.
