Mike is a faculty member at Cranfield School of Management, where he teaches Organisational Resilience, Innovation and Change Leadership across masters and executive education programmes. He is a founding member of Cranfield’s cross-disciplinary Resilience Institute.
He is co-author of Resilience Reimagined: A Practical Guide for Organisations, produced with the National Preparedness Commission and Deloitte, drawing on insights from 50+ business leaders to make seven evidence-based recommendations for building organisational resilience.
Mike is an EMCC-accredited executive coach, having studied Coaching and Behavioural Change to post-graduate level at Henley Business School. He works at board and executive level, helping leaders build the adaptive capacity to perform under pressure and navigate uncertainty.
Before academia, he spent c.20 years in a top 10 global biopharmaceutical firm, leading capability development, innovation and change programmes across multiple markets.
